The Burnout Workshop

Burnout is bleak. Almost every author has ended up in it at one point or another, even if they didn’t identify it as such. Cosmetic fixes rarely to more than provide a temporary distraction, though. The underlying force leading to burnout is often our deeply ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing—many of which we can’t see until they’re pointed out to us.

This is a 90-minute session that highlights the common patterns that cause authors of each Enneagram type to burn out. It explores the root of the issue and offers alternate patterns to try on to get out of burnout and avoid ending right back in it.

It includes reflection questions for participants and starts you on a recovery process. Also includes a Q&A.

Note: You don’t need to know your Enneagram type going into this Workshop, thought it certainly helps. As we go through the material, it’s likely that you’ll figure out your type based on the patterns described.
